How we secure the site and protect your privacy
We take the following steps to keep the service secure and to protect your data and privacy.
Encryption in transit
All traffic between you and the site uses HTTPS (TLS). Uploads and downloads are encrypted so data cannot be read in transit.
Token-based access
Files are only accessible via unique, unguessable tokens. There are no public listings of files or links. Only someone with the link can access the file.
Temporary storage and auto-deletion
Files are stored only for a limited time (e.g. 72 hours). After expiry, files are deleted. We do not keep your files indefinitely.
Minimal data collection
We collect only what is needed to run the service: file metadata and, if you choose, an email for expiration reminders. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy page for details.
Infrastructure and availability
The app runs on Cloudflare, which provides DDoS mitigation, global edge caching, and uptime. This helps keep the site available and resilient to abuse.
Third-party services
We may use services such as Google AdSense for ads. Those providers have their own security and privacy practices. We do not control their systems; you can manage ad preferences and cookies through their settings.
