What can go wrong — and how to fix it
Upload fails or stalls
Check your connection and try again. Use a smaller file or a different browser, and make sure you’re under the size limit shown on the upload page.
Link expired
Links expire after 72 hours. Ask the sender to upload the file again and share a new link.
Download doesn’t start or fails
Refresh the page and try another browser or device. If it still fails, ask the sender to create a new link.
“Invalid token” or “File not found”
The link may be wrong or expired. Request a new link from the person who sent it.
File size limit error
Check the maximum file size on the upload page. Split or compress your file if needed.
Ad or gate step issues
Refresh the page and try again. If you choose to watch an ad, make sure ads aren’t blocked by your browser or extensions.
Upload progress stuck
Wait a minute in case it’s slow. If it doesn’t move, refresh and try again with a stable connection.
Link works for me but recipient can’t open it
They may need to try a different browser or device. Ensure they’re using the full link and that it hasn’t expired.
